The gave us a cup of coffee and even though the French take theirs black, the wife went to the to where the milk was being kept for the tanker and brought me some in for my coffee. It was pure heaven! So, cannot wait to have a try, would like to make cream as well even though I am not meant to eat any! Well done that girl!

Halloumi sounds fab, I fancy trying that, and feta too.
