That was quite a year! I must have a look back at mine. I think I might have forgotten quite how much I grew and preserved and had fun with in the face of the the last few months of endless rain. Having the photos and the memories in the blog is a great thing, love yours! I know just what you mean too about expecting yourself to do too much. I am just the same and I am trying hard this year to slow down, to really look and to sit and to dream sometimes, instead of constantly running round like a mad thing!

I’ve spent many a summer and winter for that matter in Lyme, finding space on the narrow bit of sand or wandering through the shops. Town mill is fab I’m so pleased they decided to do it up. I’ve been discussing with the glam teens making air dried ham but not sure where to put it to dry. Looking forward to hearing about yours. Great round up. GG

I so enjoyed reading this post and the pictures are beautiful, what a lovely year you’ve had! I realised that one of the nicest things about blogging is that it creates a diary with a visual aspect, something I’m always intending to do but never get around to sorting out the photos. It’s a really nice feeling to look back over the year, and look forward to what is ahead. Here’s to sunshine, flowers and lots of yummy produce in 2013.
